A band six nights a week, on at 8:30, no cover charge. Captain of Soul, Canopy, Funtastiq, Black and White, Rose and Beat. Saturday is DJ Vive.

Snapper, coral trout, king prawns, calamari and oysters, in from Jimbaran and on the pass the same day, plus Tasmanian salmon flown in. Grilled, pan seared, battered or on a hot plate.

A full brigade works the line from 9am to 10pm, and everything goes out to order. That covers a 600g tomahawk on the bone, a whole coral trout, oysters shucked the moment you ask, and a beef rendang that gets the hours it needs. Same kitchen for breakfast at nine as for dinner at nine.

Gluten free menu, vegetarian starters, salads and pizza, and allergies handled if you tell us when you book.

You come out of Waterbom at five with three sunburnt, hangry kids. We're right next door. Our magician works the tables, the kids eat free off their own menu, 12 and under with one paying adult, and they get a slushie on the way in.
